Administrative Assistant, Office Manager

ATLAS is looking to hire someone to perform basic daily office management functions while assisting the ATLAS leadership team as a team oriented individual who is capable of multitasking to broadly support ATLAS business objectives, regardless of the exact role or function which needs to be performed.


  • Develop and sustain local office vendor relationships and order supplies
  • Maintain shipping and receiving logistics between supply chain/vendors and ATLAS facilities, worldwide
  • Lead and maintain internal ATLAS shipping policies and procedures
  • Identify and resolve data gaps in asset database; lead recurring asset record audits; Manage and update asset database as needed to support business operations
  • Support Human Resources with new hire general office orientation, onboarding procedures and communication of health policy
  • Maintenance of ATLAS calendar events, meeting coordination, office gatherings, media visits, etc.
  • Coordination of gift items and delivery for Clients
  • Assist leadership team with administrative responsibilities and tasks
  • Make company travel arrangements for industry conferences
  • Maintain bios on co-founders and internal subject matter experts

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Experience with managing multiple tasks simultaneously and quickly adjusting to changing priorities
  • Experience in managing emails, calendars, and schedules
  • Well honed written and verbal communication skills
  • Aptitude to understand and adopt online collaboration tools and design/program management applications
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others, particularly in teams
  • Strong work ethic and flexibility to work as required to meet company milestones
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills
  • US Citizenship
